STRESS!!!
What is stress? Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness. Nowadays, most of people in this world, either boys or girls, young or old, can get stress when they have many things to do at the same time or they feel that everything seems to have become too much. Most of people who have stress are students, working people, and parents.
We usually think of stress as a negative experience, but from a biological point of view, stress can be a neutral, negative, or positive experience. Some people say that stress is good for us. Without any stress at all many say our lives will be boring and meaningless. However, when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health, they are bad.
There are many factors that cause the stress, such as bereavement, family problems, financial matters, illness, job issue, lack of time, moving home, and relationship problems including divorce. Besides that, abortion, becoming a father or a mother, conflict in the workplaces, driving in bad traffic, losing a job, miscarriage, noisy neighbors, overcrowding, pollution, pregnancy, retirement, and waiting for exam result are also the factors that cause a stress.
When we are stress, many things happens to us. For example, blood pressure rises, breathing becomes more rapid, digestive system slows down, immune system goes down, muscles become tense and the most common things is we well get insomnia. we are also easy to angry, sad, depress, and the worst thing is died because there are people who take overdose drugs to release their stress.

There are many methods to overcome a stress, they include self-help, self-management and medication. For self-help, we can do an exercise, talk to others, joking, shopping, go for a vacation, eat a balanced diet, breath slowly or calm down, seek professional help and the best method is sleep for a while.
In a nutshell, stress is something that we cannot avoid, but we can limit the impact of stressful situations that are presented by being healthy, managing our time, and escaping from our everyday routine. Keep in mind that no one in this world are totally perfect. last but not least, remember that managing stress is our job. With stress under control, it will be easier to keep our disease under control. :)
